A group of children with disabilities held a parade and showed off their talents to raise funds for the TeletonUSA. The goal of the event was to raise $30,000 USD.

AFE USA All-Stars visit CRIT

On Thursday, August 15, AFE USA All-Stars players visited our patients at CRIT. They toured our facility, helped our facilities team painting walls, spent time with the children, and handed them out some gifts.
On Saturday, August 17, our patients were invited to “The Kids Football Camp,” where they had the opportunity to train with the players before their game. That same day, AFE USA All-Stars made a generous donation to our Center, which will be used to continue providing rehabilitation services to children with disabilities.

Specialists learn Spanish while providing therapy

There, she discovered that most of them, very happily, have learned to speak Spanish in order to build a special bond with the children they serve.

The Puerto Rican Heritage Society in San Antonio organized an annual event, where the Three Wise Men visit children at CRIT. The trio delivered toys and ate “rosca”, a traditional sweet cake.
